    • Self-promotion is only allowed in designated areas and with prior approval from the community moderators.

  4. Stay On Topic:

    • Keep discussions relevant to the topic at hand. Off-topic conversations should be moved to appropriate channels or private messages.

    • Use specific channels for their intended purposes (e.g., technical support, general discussion, announcements).

  5. Confidentiality and Privacy:

    • Respect the privacy of other community members. Do not share personal information without consent.

    • Avoid discussing sensitive or confidential information in public channels.

  6. Compliance with Rules and Regulations:

    • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules and policies of the Akita Rider platform.

    • Do not engage in or promote illegal activities.

    • If you witness any behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to the community moderators or support team.

    • Provide as much detail as possible to help us address the issue effectively.

  8. Moderation:

    • Community moderators have the authority to enforce these guidelines and take appropriate actions, including issuing warnings, muting, or banning members who violate the rules.

    • Decisions made by the moderators are final and are aimed at maintaining a positive and safe community environment.

    • We encourage members to contribute to the community by sharing knowledge, resources, and ideas.
